Disappointingly, my last two races were cancelled due to extremely poor visibility on the hill.  Oh, what might have been since I was in the top 15 draw at the start for the first time in New Zealand - bib 11 for the slalom race on my home hill at Treble Cone!!!

Looking back, there were a lot of disappointments with the conditions, decisions and obstacles at the races.  However, I didn't lose even one day of training and I feel that I have improved greatly in both Slalom and GS.

The various disappointments notwithstanding, I can leave Wanaka fairly satisfied with a PB in GS and a sub-100 in both Slalom and GS as well as 5 top 30 finishes in fields including girls from the Austrian and Swiss World Cup teams.

Really, looking forward to Bangkok now!
