Getting into Shape for the New Season

I am off to New Zealand soon for summer training and I am working very hard every day to be in the very peak of physical condition.


I have been working hard on a fitness, strength and conditioning programme with the assistance and motivation of Greg, my personal trainer.  I do this 3 hours a day, and 6 days a week - I have been on this programme since mid- May 2013, to be ready for my on-snow training and racing in New Zealand.
