Exhausted, doesn't do justice to the way I feel - after a flight delay of more than 4 hours and a cramped journey to Vail by minibus I believe I could sleep for a week.  

Flo and I were looking forward to meeting our team mate, Tess, but she arrived earlier this afternoon and she is already sleeping so we'll have to wait to do the introductions in the morning.

I think my excitement about the World Championships will re-emerge after a good night's sleep!
